In last grading I have learned many things about internet because Mrs. Vera Cruz give us many activities like, how to create HTML file, Microsoft Homepage Documents, Multimedia creating and How to paste background picture.
There are some problems and challenges I have encounter like how to paste background picture on notepad. I address it by the help of my friends and classmates.
moving on.. I will study more and be more responsible in this grading.

Science has given to us many wonderful things. These man-made wonders have made life longer, healthier, more pleasant and more free.
But as years went by has not only created possibilities for us but also problems. Some of the inventions and discoveries can destroy life. The atomic energy that can send a ship across the sea can also sen a submarine to sink that ship. The sleeping tablets we can take us put sleep and can also put us sleep forever if we take too many of it. The airplane that can take us to distance lands can also drop bombs and destroy people and buildings.

"MY REFLECTION"
In our T.L.E. subject, I have learned how to create a Blog and how to use the Internet properly with the help of my T.L.E teacher, Mrs. Evelyn Vera Cruz.
I encounter problems because I don't know how to create but our teacher write in the idiot board how to create a blog. Now it easy for me to create a blog and my Yahoo Messenger does not found so I create again.
I address the challenges by telling myself that I will do it and also simply facing it.
I will improved my knowledge in our computer subject by doing my duties in time and listening to my teacher.

"SPEAK ENGLISH OR FILIPINO LANGUAGES"
English Filipino language is important. Every country have their own language to communicate other people to understand their dialect. But, what language to use to communicate easily to other people not only in our nation.
We all know that the English is our universal language, if we use this, we need to give importance to this dialect with kindness and also to our national language Filipino.
Both of them are very important because if you don't how to speak language, how will you communicate to the other people especially if you go abroad.

''Nutrition Month''
This month of July the ISNHS celebrate the nutrition month. They have many activities that may encourage the student to participate to this celebration.
Many activities are held like nutri-jingle, poster slogan, food fest and many more, but we only participate in the food fest. We sell lumpianada and palamig.
We all know that there so many people getting sick because of the pollution in our environment, not only that others are become addict to cigarette, drinking liquor and using marijuana or drugs. we need to help our self to break our addiction. lets maintain our health by eating a balance diet and taking proper hygiene.
